Many methods only address issues from a single perspective. This often leads to people ending up with practitioners who only view their challenges through the lens of a single modality. In the short term, this can alleviate symptoms—but they often return because the actual root cause has not been identified.
After all, the answer does not always lie in childhood. Over 70% of our emotional imprints are epigenetic and passed down from our ancestors. In the training, you will learn to classify emotional patterns precisely and quickly—whether they originate from the ancestral line, early childhood, or the collective field—and to dissolve them in a targeted manner.

What you will learn

Knowledge about the psychological and cultural aspects of ancestral healing
Insights into epigenetic processes and transgenerational trauma

TRAINING STARTS OCTOBER ’26
The ECHO Practitioner Training is a 6-month training program. In this training, you will learn the basics of ancestral work, gain insights into the world of epigenetics, acquire knowledge about cultural backgrounds, and learn how to design ancestral healing as a safe and efficient process. What makes the ECHO training unique is its focus on the European tradition of ancestral work, which is not taught anywhere else.
The scope (100 hours of instruction and practical elements) and depth (online & offline) of this training in the field of epigenetic transgenerational trauma, ancestral work, and ancestral healing is unique and guarantees a deep learning experience and sustainable quality in the implementation of what you have learned. The training starts in October 2026 and ends in April 2027. At the end, you will receive a certificate.

Kaja Andrea is the founder of ECHO® and ReRooting® —two unique methods in the field of self-development and holistic support for women.
She has been working as an internationally recognized expert in ancestral work and spiritual mentoring in Europe and the US for over 15 years. She is a Wisdom Keeper of the European Medicine Wheel, a two-time author with Random House, and host of the Spoken Medicine podcast.

Ancestral work is a profound and holistic method for healing both individual and collective wounds and creating a deeper connection to oneself, one’s ancestors, and the world around us. This makes it a powerful and transformative method for the future.
What to expect
The ECHO Practitioner Training is a 6-month program and includes 100 hours of training, study time, and active practical experience.
This includes:
10 live online days via Zoom
4 live offline days in Lisbon (Ancestral Practice Immersion)
5 live Q&A Calls via Zoom á 1,5 hours for questions & supervision
Online Closing Session via Zoom á 2-3 hours
Exclusive participant area with recordings of the live sessions and additional materials and resources
Small practice groups for regular practice of what has been learned, calls, and check-ins Option for further mentoring after training
Practical proof: For certification, a total of 12 ancestor sessions, including 3 case studies, must be completed and documented.
Homework: There will be regular assignments that you will complete on your own or with your study group.
Certificate: Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate that entitles you to work with the method.
Time Schedule
The program takes place in two phases.
Phase 1: ECHO Practitioner Online.
We start with the first online teaching unit in October 2025. Classes will then take place online for 6 months. It certifies you to practice ONLINE with groups and 1-on-1.
Phase 2: The Ancestral Practice Immersion.
Takes place at the beginning of February 2027 in Lisbon, Portugal (tbc). The immersion lasts 4 full days. It certifies you to practice OFFLINE with groups and 1-on-1.

4 training days at the beginning of February 2027 in Lisbon, Portugal
2x daily powerful ancestor sessions (1-2 hours)
Lessons on creating and maintaining groups, input on the special features of offline work, teaching extra power tools for offline work
Practical application of what has been learned in a 1:1 setting & group

Notes:
You can select your payment options directly in the registration form. Payment is made by bank transfer.
After successful registration, your place in the training is only secured once payment has been made (in full or the first installment).
There are currently a maximum of 40 places available (due to the size of the room for the on-site immersion).
The registration deadline is September 26, 2026.
Regarding the training fee: Gross = Net (as Wedderhall LLC is a non-European company), therefore no VAT will be charged.
Answers to frequently asked questions
Can I work 1:1 and in groups, online and offline after completing the training?
Yes, after receiving your certificate, you can work with groups online and offline and give one-to-one sessions.
Wieviel Zeit muss ich einplanen?
Du kannst pro Woche 2-3 Stunden einplanen, um die Inhalte und Impulse umzusetzen, dich mit deinen Study Buddies auszutauschen und deine persönliche Praxis zu vertiefen. .
Pro Monat gibt es ein Wochenende an dem das Live training stattfindet und einen Abend an dem wir für die Q&A zusammenkommen. Die genauen Daten findest du im Ausbildungs-Guide.
Ahnenarbeit darf in dein tägliches Handeln fließen, die Praktiken dir ins Blut übergehen, die Elemente Bestandteil deiner Routine werden.
Wieviele Plätze gibt es?
Dieser Ausbildungsdurchgang wird aktuell mit maximal 40 Teilnehmer:innen geplant. Denn das ist die maximale Teilnehmer-Zahl, die in dem aktuell gebuchten Raum für das die Ancestral Practice Immersion möglich ist. Die Plätze werden nach Eingang der Anmeldungen vergeben.
Warum dauert die Ausbildung so lange?
In dieser Ausbildung wirst du nicht nur lernen, wie du die Prozesse durchführst, sondern sie auch für dich erleben und verkörpern. Denn: Erleuchtung ist nur die halbe Miete. Jede Erkenntnis will auch verkörpert werden. Und das braucht einen Moment. Du wirst merken, dass die gemeinsame Zeit in der Gruppe, der Austausch mit deiner Study-Group, deine eigenen Schritte in dem Prozessen einen essentiellen Bestandteil deiner Ausbildung darstellen. Der Shortcut dauert am Ende oft länger, zeigt die Erfahrung.
Ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Ausbildung ist es, dass du genügend Zeit zum ausprobieren und anwenden des Erlenrtnen hast, um am Ende der Ausbildung wirklich selbstsicher und klar Klienten begleiten zu können. Denn: professionelles Arbeit hat als Grundlage eine Selbst-Sicherheit, sicheren Umgang mit den Tools und die Fähigkeit einen sicheren Rahmen für unsere Klienten zu schaffen. Du wirst merken, die Zeit der Ausbildung ist genau so richtig wie sie ist. Du verlierst keine Zeit, sondern gewinnst unbezahlbare Erfahrungen.
Was passiert, wenn ich mal nicht live dabei sein kann?
Manchmal passieren unvorhersehbare Dinge oder langgeplante Ereignisse erlauben es uns nicht live dabei zu sein. Das ist okay. Du kannst von den geplanten 10 Online Live Sessions maximal 3 Einheiten fehlen. Wichtig: es bedarf einer Abmeldung bzw. Benachrichtigung. Es ist obligatorisch die vermittelten Inhalte nachzuarbeiten und mit deiner Study Group aktiv zu bearbeiten. Diese Ausbildung ist ein Commitment. Dir gegenüber, den Menschen mit denen du arbeiten wirst, ihren Ahnen gegenüber und ihren Enkeln gegenüber. Denn unser Commitment zeigt sich auch in der Art wie wir arbeiten.
Gibt es eine Option auf Rücktritt?
Deine Anmeldung ist verbindlich und ein Rücktritt ist nicht möglich. Wenn du auf Nummer sicher gehen willst, dann folge der Empfehlung eine Seminarversicherung abzuschließen.
Kann ich nur einen Teil der Ausbildung buchen?
Nein – die Ausbildung gibt es nur als komplettes Online/Offline-Paket zu buchen. Wenn du nur das Onlinetraining machen möchtest ohne die Ancestral Practice Immersion, bist du danach nur zertifiziert ausschließlich online zu arbeiten.
Ich will die Ausbildung wirklich unbedingt machen, kann sie mir aber gerade nicht leisten... was nu?
Es ist ganz bewusst so, dass es für die Ausbildung keine Stipendien oder Vergünstigungen gibt. Denn: dies ist eine professionelle Ausbildung, welche nur dann wirklich gut geeignet ist, wenn du die erlernten Dinge umsetzen kannst. Ein Teil davon ist es, dass du die finanzielle Stabilität mitbringst, um Ahnenarbeit und Ahnenheilung gut und direkt professionell umsetzen zu können. Es gibt daher auch die anschließende Option zum Special-Price am Business Bloom teilzunehmen.
Hast du also aktuell nicht die finanziellen Mittel, um an der Ausbildung teilzunehmen, dann nutze die Zeit bis zur nächsten Kohorte gerne, deine Arbeit an dem Thema fortzusetzen. Für die Teilnahme an der Ausbildung benötigst du einen Internet-Zugang, eine E-Mail-Adresse und die Bereitschaft dich zu öffnen für das was kommt. Es wird eine Telegram-Gruppe für den Austausch untereinander geben. Für das Arbeiten mit deinen Kundinnen lohnt es sich gegebenenfalls in eine gute Kamera, ein gutes Mikrofon und gute Beleuchtung zu investieren.
