Kaja Andrea

A vision for collective healing and sustainable transformation.
Kaja Andrea is an internationally recognized expert in the field of ancestral work, epigenetic trauma healing, and spiritual transformation.

She is the founder of ECHO® and ReRooting®—two unique methods in the field of holistic self-development. For over 15 years, she has been guiding people through profound processes in which scientific knowledge and spiritual practice are not mutually exclusive—but complementary. Her work aims at nothing less than a collective wave of healing that extends far beyond the individual.

Within the next ten years, ECHO® aims to transform at least 100,000 people—and free over a million ancestors from epigenetic trauma. What sounds like a vision for her is a clear intention. Because real change begins where we touch the root cause.

“Ancestral work is the most powerful tool we have to create not only individual healing, but also collective transformation.”

Science. Spirituality. Deep Experience.

Kaja Andrea has a rare profile: a solid academic education, a deep understanding of spiritual processes, and the ability to develop effective methods based on this knowledge.

The educational scientist studied at Bielefeld University and the University of Pennsylvania, is an NLP Master (DVNLP), and is trained in intercultural moderation and coaching, systemic work, kinesiology, and EMDR.

At the same time, she is a Wisdom Keeper of the European Medicine Wheel, trained in various energetic techniques, has studied with medicine women and shamans, and has received various indigenous initiations.

Kaja is a prolific author at Random House and host of the podcast „Spoken Medicine“. Her methods have already accompanied and influenced thousands of people on three continents.

The origin of ECHO®

The ECHO method is not the result of a single flash of inspiration, but rather years of research into personal processes, cultural narratives, and therapeutic practice. In hundreds of individual sessions and group settings, one thing became clear time and again: most of the issues people work on do not originate in the present, but in the past. Not only in their own past, but in that of their ancestors.

This is exactly where the ECHO method comes in. Kaja Andrea developed it to create a holistic, precise, and sustainable method that quickly and effectively identifies and transforms the true origin of an issue.

“I didn’t invent ECHO®. I remembered it.” This sentence sums up what drives Kaja Andrea: reconnecting with something that many have long forgotten. And that is needed all the more today.

“To my knowledge, ECHO® is the most effective method of ancestral healing and
working with epigenetic dispositions.”

Approach & Motivation

For Kaja Andrea, transformation is not an event – it is a journey. It is not a short-term effect, but a profound shift within a person’s system. And it is not a purely personal matter, but always collectively relevant.

She does not believe in the narrative of “you just have to want it enough.” Instead, she believes that we are shaped by our experiences – and that it is possible to change those experiences. That healing does not mean fixing something – but remembering who we are without baggage.

ECHO stands for a new generation of healing work.
One that does not have to choose between science and spirituality.
One that recognizes that pain is created by systems – and can also be resolved there.

TRAINING
STARTS OCTOBER ’26

ECHO’s mission

Helping people free themselves from the echoes of the past

Redefining ancestral work as a professional tool

Building a strong community of certified practitioners

Making healing effective not only individually, but also socially

“When the echoes of the past fade away, one’s own voice can be heard—and a powerful echo can be sent into the future.”

Because the future begins where the echo of the past ends.

We can now decide which echo we send into the future.

ECHO® is more than a method. It is an attitude.
